1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Chowy (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Web payments are processed by Stripe or Paddle; mobile in-app purchases by Apple/Google via RevenueCat. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no illegal activity, abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
